The article urges drivers "to pay close attention to signage and roadway stripping distinguish which direction has the right of way for passing. Date is subject to change due to inclement weather or unforeseeable delays."

Drivers are reporting that travel patterns are complex with some worrying about an increased risk of head-on collisions should drivers be inattentive even for the shortest time.
