Virginia Sue Wall, age 73, of Danville, Boyle County, KY passed away on Thursday August 25th, 2016 at the U.K. Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Funeral Services will be held 7pmCT/8pmET, Monday August 29, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 149 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY. Bro. Russell Rigney officiating. Visitation will be held at 5pmCT/6pmET,] Monday August 29th, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Virginia Sue Wall, Casey County, KY (1943-2016)

She was born in Phil, Casey County, KY on February 23, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Lewis Coleman Gilpin Sr. and Edna Francis Wilson Gilpin. She died Thursday, August 25, 2016, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 73 years, six months, and two days.

Sue was the owner of P. & S. Tax Service.

Survivors include:
  • Her spouse: Sherrill Ray Wall

  • Two sons: William Craig and (Kimberly) Wall and Christopher Lewis Wall, both of Danville, KY

  • Three grandchildren: William Todd Wall, Matthew Ryan Wall and Amanda Lee Wall

  • Three great grandchildren: Maddox June, William Ryder Wall and Charlotte Mae Wall

  • And three sisters: Jenny Marcum of Hamilton, OH; Evalee Emerson of Evansville, IN; and Paulene Sharp of Stanford, KY.
Besides Sue's parents she was also preceded in death by one son, Ricky Jay Wall; and two brothers, Lewis Coleman Gilpin Jr. and Paul Gilpin.
