By Calen McKinney

Campbellsville Elementary School first-grade students are studying the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

In Shirley Cox's class, students recently studied the first habit, Be Proactive, which means they should always think ahead, chose their behavior and take responsibility for their actions.

To illustrate they understand what it means to Be Proactive, students cut out and glued together a person, to represent themselves, and then wrote how they are proactive.

Students colored their person, and their finished projects will be hung for their classmates to see.
