Jean Meyer, 85, Clay Ridge, KY (1930-2016)  Mrs. Meyer was a registered nurse for 43 years and served as the Director of Nursing of Westlake Regional Hospital for several years. She was born August 26, 1930 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of the late Owen William and Cara Caldwell Nettleship.Jean Meyer, 85, of the Clay Ridge Community of Adair County, KY passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 8:40pmCT at her home, after several months' illness. The family request visiting Sunday from 12:30pmCT until 7pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home and until service time on Monday. The funeral service will be Monday, August 22, 2016 at 11amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. Bro. Tim Johnson will officiate. Interment will be in the Columbia Cemetery. Mrs. Meyer was a registered nurse for 43 years and served as the Director of Nursing of Westlake Regional Hospital for several years. She was born August 26, 1930 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of the late Owen William and Cara Caldwell Nettleship.
