Terry Johnson: Suggests brighter paint for crosswalks

Terry Johnson writes:
I remember back in the sixties and seventies. While in my teens . You could walk around the square in Columbia and people would actually stop let you cross. Fridays and Saturday nights there was a lot of traffic and lots of people on the square. Maybe could brighten the crosswalks what the fresh coat of paint my help - Terry Johnson
