Tv turned off by lightning which struck Beautiful Joppa, KY

Maury Lewis wants to know what to do about it. And remembers a trade of the Old Lamplighter ilk, a Tv Repairman? Anyone know if there's any around, today, in our throw-away society?

Maury Lewis writes:
I have a 45-inch TV that was turned off for good by lightning.

What do I do with it?

Is there anything on it that can be recycled?

Do they take TVs when they take the computers and other electronic devices? Do people work on TVs any more? melewi 8/16/2016 10:17am BJT (beautiful Joppa time) --Maury Lewis

Great Questions, Maury Lewis: Recycling issues are front burner today. The answers to the questions you ask are above my pay grade, but maybe readers will have answers. - ED
