Special called meeting City Council 16 Aug 2016 - Report Several badly needed paving projects in the City of Columbia will be completed this year following action taken in Special City Council meeting tonight. By Ed Waggener The Columbia City Council opened the single bid received for paving work on seven city streets in a special called meeting Tuesday, August 16, 2016. The bid was from Gaddie-Shamrock for tons of blacktop in the amount of $89,950. The streets to be worked on are listed below.
