Ruth Alice Wilson, 87, Russell Co., KY (1929-2016)  She was a medical technician and a member of Russell Springs First Nazarene Church. She was a native of Tipton County, IN, and a resident of Bartow County, GA, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Leon & Irene Heagy VanHorn and the widow of Raymond Wilson. Nick Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be after 11amCT, Friday. Interment will be in the Humble Cemetery. She died Monday, August 8, 2016, in Rome, Floyd County, GA, at the age of 87 years, six months, and 19 days. She was a medical technician and a member of Russell Springs First Nazarene Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Wilson; a brother, Paul VanHorn; and a sister, Vera Castor. Survivors include:
