Hylen Norris, 88, Cumberland Co., KY (1928-2016) He was a longtime farmer, a former employee of McComas Chevrolet, and had attended Hanover Church of Christ. He was a native of Cumberland County and was resident of the county at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Rassie Elmore & Myrtie Shaw Norris, and the widower of Helen Josephine Norris. He leaves 17 direct and three step living descendants. Hylen Norris, Cumberland Co., KY (1928-2016) Hylen Norris age 88, was born on August 4, 1928 in Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of the late Rassie Elmore and Myrtie Shaw Norris. He died Saturday, August 6, 2016, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 88 years, two days. Hylen was a longtime farmer, a former employee of McComas Chevrolet, and had attended Hanover Church of Christ. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Helen Josephine Anderson Norris; two children, Wendell Norris and Linda Norris Spears; and one brother, Donald Norris.
