Ann Thomas Burchett, 45, Whicker Drive, Russell Springs, KY, died Saturday, July 23, 2016, at the University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Funeral services will be at 11amCT, Tuesday, July 26, 2016, the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Pastor Bill Davenport officiatiing. Burial will be in Jamestown Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel after 5pmCT, Monday, July 25, 2016.

She was the daughter of Bill & Edith Thomas of Russell Springs, KY, who survive. She was born October 6, 1970, in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN. She died Saturday, July 23, 2016, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 45 years, nine months, and 17 days.

She was a homemaker.

Besides her parents, Bill & Edith Thomas, she is survived by the following:
  • A son: Chris Larrison, Russell Springs, KY

  • Several aunts, uncles, and cousins
