Funeral services are 10amCT/11amET, Thursday, June 16, 2016 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. J. R. Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Whited Cemetery. Visitation is 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home and will continue Thursday from 7am-10amCT/8am-11amET. Stephen (CJ) Phillips, 28, Liberty, KY (1990-2016) Born February 16, 1990 in Marion County, KY, he was the son of Stephen C. and Melissa Glover Phillips of Liberty, KY. He died Monday, June 13, 2016, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 28 years, three months, and 28 days. He was self-employed and member of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. He loved to hunt and fish. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, April Wolfinbarger Phillips of Liberty, KY, whom he married June 15, 2013, and the following:
