Donald Holt Hadley, 81, of Russell Springs, died Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

Funeral service for Donald Holt Hadley will be 12pmCT, Monday, June 13, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Steve Lee and Bro. Scott Eubank officiating. Visitation will be after 3pmCT, Sunday, June 12, 2016, at the funneral home. Interment will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 W Highway 80, Nancy, KY, with full military honors by the Russell County Honor Guard.



Honorary Pallbearers: Ronnie Sullivan, Bill Perdue, Bill Walton Gary Mann, Davis Hadley, Bennie Hadley,and David Holt.

Active Pallbearers: Dan Borden, Rodney Turner, Ronnie Veach Roy Withers, Alan Foley, and Sam Loy.

Donald Holt Hadley, 81, Russell Co., KY (1934-2016)

He was born November 11, 1934 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Herbert & Alva Holt Hadley. He died Thursday, June 9, 2016 in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 81 years, six months, and 29 days.

He was a Veteran of US Army and a member of Jamestown Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Recinda Hadley and a brother, Leonard Hadley.

Survivors include:
  • His wife: Yvonne Hadley, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two daughters: Nicole (Rodney) Turner, Columbia, KY; and Monica Burke, Russell Springs, KY

  • Three granddaughters: Audra Smith, Campbellsville, KY; Amber Turner, Russell Springs, KY; and Elizabeth Burke, Russell Springs, KY.
