Adair Public Library offers summer reading program

The Adair County Public Library at 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia Ky 42728 would like to invite area children to participate in "Be A Rockin' Reader with Pete the Cat" Summer Reading Program.

Summer Reading Events:
  • Thursday, June 2, 2016 - Registration anytime 11am-4pmCT @ the library.
  • Thursday, June 9, 2016 - anytime between 11:00-4:00 Art Project "Pete the Cat Peace Signs & Flower Power"
  • Thursday, June 16, 2016 - 1pmCT, Nature's Olympians: Animal Athletes
  • Thursday, June 23, 2016 - 9:30amCT, @ Green River Tail Water Recreational Area
  • Thursday, June 30, 2016 - 1pmCT, Ion Jones and the Lost Castle of Chemistry @ Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY.
  • Thursday, July 7, 2016 - anytime between 11:00-4:00 Volcanoes @ the library.
  • Thursday, July 14, 2016 - anytime between 11am-4pmCT, Oobleck @ the library.
The Adair County Public Library also offers:
  • Baby Lapsit for birth through three years of age on Mondays @ 10amCT
  • Pajama Time only during the month of June on Tuesday's @ 7pm for any age
  • Story Hour @ 10amCT for preschool age
