Nine from Green Co. earn degrees at LWC Commencement

Nine students from Green Co., KY, received degrees at Lindsey Wilson College's 103rd commencement ceremony, held Saturday, May 14, in Biggers Sports Center.

The area students were among 244 who received undergraduate or graduate degrees. Associates, Bachelors and Masters degrees were conferred to Greensburg and Summersville residents in disciplines ranging from nursing and biology to education, counseling, and religion.

Congratulations to the following graduates:


  • Elizabeth Caldwell of Greensburg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology

  • Alissah Clapper of Greensburg earned an Associate degree in Religion

  • Melanie Edmonds of Summersville earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and Counseling

  • Quenton Ford of Greensburg earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Human Services and Counseling

  • Hannah Gupton of Summersville earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing

  • Troy Hurst of Greensburg earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Human Services and Counseling

  • Sara Judd of Greensburg earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Human Services and Counseling

  • Lee Landis of Greensburg earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Elementary Education P-5

  • Samantha Rouse of Greensburg earned a Master degree in Counseling and Human Development
