Virginia Frances Maddox, 67, of Russell Springs, KY, died Friday, May 13, 2016 at her home.

The family chose cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She was born June 30, 1948 in Henry County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth & Myrtle Tindle. She died Friday, May 13, 2016, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 67 years, 10 months, and 13 days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Renee Clements; two sisters, Brenda New and Sandra Drew; and two brothers, Freddie Tindle and Kenneth Earl Tindle.

Survivors include her husband: David Allen Maddox, and the following:
  • Three children: Leroy Scott Nichols, Russell Springs, KY; Anthony Ray Nichols, Taylorsville, KY; and Kenneth Marshall Tindle, Shelbyville, KY

  • Twelve grandchildren

  • Seven great grandchildren
  • A sister: Debbie Lynn Gregory, Eminence, KY

  • Two brothers: Ricky Fisher, Lockport, KY; and Curtis Ray Tindle, Eminence, KY
