Gary Rose: We already see benefits of Alcoholic Beverage Tax

Gary Rose writes:
"Cruisers will be purchased out of general fund money, to be repaid by Alcoholic Beverage Tax in next fiscal year."

In other words the end result of purchasing the two new cars is going to cost the tax payers of Adair County Zero, Zilch, Zip, Nada, Nothing because of legal alcohol sales. Even though the sales have not started yet, we are seeing positive results. - Gary Rose
