She died Monday, April 25, 2016, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 72 years, six months, and 27 days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings; Clayton & Cora Maude Flatt. Janice was a licensed LPN and worked at Summit Manor Nursing Home for 40 years. Survivors include:
