Free Tipping was a huge success on Sat 23 Apr 2016 Click on headline for article with photo(s) By Charlie Crawhorn Free tipping on Saturday was a huge success. Over 32 tons were delivered to the Transfer Station, 877 L. Willis Road, Columbia, KY on Friday and a little over 38.5 tons on Saturday, for a total of around 71 tons of trash brought in in the two days of free tipping for Adair County residents. Free Tipping was sponsored by Adair Fiscal Court - CJE Mike Stephens, Magistrates Harold Burton (District 1), Daryl Flatt (2), Sammy Baker (1), Perry Reeder (4), Billy Dean Coffey (5), Greg Caldwell (6), and Terry Hadley (7).
