The Adair County Hospital District and Adair County Hospital District Corporation Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30pmCT, Tuesday, May 3, 2016** in the basement of the Adair County Courthouse Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY with the following regular Meeting Agenda (**Please note the change in date from April 26, 2016 to May 3, 2016):

  1. Call to Order: Neal Gold, Chairman
  2. Approval of Minutes: Regular Scheduled Meeting March 29, 2016
  3. CFO Report David Hayes: a. Financial Report. b. Approval of Bad Debts for Collections
  4. Presentation on Fiscal Year 2015 audit: Steve Jones, Blue and Co.
  5. Administrator Report: Neal Gold
  6. Revision of signing authorization for Community Trust accounts
  7. Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(C) - Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the District regarding terms of the Chapter 9 Plan of Adjustment.
  8. Action on any Executive Session decisions if needed.
  9. Adjourn
