Personal commentary

It is our stance that this filing is simply a frivolous attempt to delay democracy in Adair Co.

Rest assured that PAC retained an attorney prior to the petition progress.

We worked with this attorney on every aspect of our petition process and election to be certain all laws and requirements were met.

We are confident that this petition to void the wet/dry election holds no merit. We will continue with "business as usual," bringing the will of the people to fruition in Adair County.

Thank you,
Shannon Sexton
PAC Chair
