Mrs. Hattie Elizabeth Bagby Edmonds, age 79, of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday morning, April 13, 2016, at her home.

The funeral service for Mrs. Hattie Elizabeth Bagby Edmonds will be conducted at 12pmNoonCT, Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church Cemetery in Larue County. Family requests visitation from 3pmCT until 8pmCT, Friday and after 7amCT, Saturday at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.

She was born April 18, 1936. She died Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the age of 79 years, 11 months, and 25 days.

She is survived by the following:
  • Three daughters & sons-in-law: Vickie & Mike McCubbins, Joyce & Jerry Scott, and Rita & Jimmy Berry, all of Summersville, KY

  • A son & daughter-in-law: Ricky & Gail Edmonds of Summersville, KY

  • A brother: Howard Bagby of Greensburg, KY

  • Four sisters: Katherine Akin, Geraldine Russell, Evelyn Milby and Laverne Marple all of Greensburg, KY

  • Twenty-two grandchildren

  • Thirty-five great grandchildren

  • Three great-great-grandchildren
