Sharon Austin, 41 of Columbia, KY passed away suddenly Sunday, April 3, 2016 after a house fire on Watson Street in Columbia, KY.

Memorial Service Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11amCT, at 3 trees Church, 3515 KY-80, Russell Springs, KY, with Cameron Campbell the officiating clergy. Visitation will be from 9amCT till 10:30amCT, Friday morning at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Cremation has been chosen.

Sharon Austin, 41, Adair County, KY (1974-2016)

She was born Thursday, September 19, 1974 in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, FL, the daughter of the late Leroy Norman and Kathleen Ann Underwood Hanson. She died Sunday, April 3, 2016, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 41 years, six months, and 15 days.

She was preceded in death by her sister Lora Ann Hanson.

She is survived by the following:
  • Three sons: Adam (Michelle) Austin of Paducah, KY; and Justin Austin and Jayden Austin both of Burlington, KY

  • Two brothers: David Lee Hanson and Ben Hanson

  • One sister: Michelle Leigh Williams

  • Two grandsons: Jayson Austin and Joseph Austin

  • Her longtime companion: Wayne Harmon of Columbia, KY
