Visitation will be from 9amCT till 10:30amCT, Friday morning at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Cremation has been chosen. She died Sunday, April 3, 2016, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 41 years, six months, and 15 days. She was preceded in death by her sister Lora Ann Hanson.
