Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Jody Perkins officiating. Interment is in the Callahan Cemetery, 4571 Speck Ridge Road (Adair County), Elk Horn, KY. Visitation was at the funeral home on Friday, March 25, from 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET.
