Opinion: Robert Cumming takes issue with NYT article

Robert Cumming writes:
This NY Times article flies in the face of the current effort President Obama is seeking to leave increased gun control part of his legacy. I suspect the Obama administration has put the word out to US Attorneys in all states to step up firearm case convictions by making federal cases out of firearm crimes that were previously prosecuted in state courts. I've noticed a distinct rise in these firearm cases by the US Attorney office in Ky as evidenced by these cases posted in CM. --Robert Cumming
