KY 449 in Cumberland Co. will be closed Mon 14 Mar 2016 KY 449 in Cumberland County reduced to one lane, Monday, March 14 Lane reduction for slide repairs, between MP 7 & 8. By Amber Hale SOMERSET, Ky. (March 11, 2016) - On Monday, March 14, KY 449 in Cumberland County will be reduced to one lane beginning at mile point 7 and ending at mile point 8 for slide repairs. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers. Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to allow extra time in reaching their destination. Work is expected to be completed that day. Work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays.
