Timmie Edwards age 63 of Center passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at his home. He was the son of the late Robert Granvil Edwards and Lorene Beard Edwards of Edmonton who survives.

Funeral services will be held 10amCT, Friday, March 11, 2016, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Edwards Family Home Place Cemetery at Center. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, at the funeral home.

Timmie Edwards, 63, Center, KY (1952-2016)

He was born August 13, 1952. He was the son of the late Robert Granvil Edwards and Lorene Beard Edwards of Edmonton, KY, who survives. He died Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at his home in Center, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 63 years, six months, and 24 days.

Besides his mother he is survived by his wife Bonnie Gibson Edwards of Center, KY, and the following:
  • Two children, Timothy Edwards and wife Rena' of Edmonton, KY; and Amanda Garmon and husband Steve of Center, KY

  • Two brothers, Carl Edwards and wife Lee Ann of Edmonton, KY; and Terry Edwards and wife Jennifer of Sulphur Well, KY

  • Five grandchildren
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Ann Edwards White.

He was an employee of the Kentucky Department of Transportation and a Christian.
