ACES fifth grader sees path opening up to dream career His dream career is in the area of welding. By Sandra Wilson, Assistant Principal Adair Elementary School "Begin with the End in Mind" is Habit 2 in Covey's Seven Habits. That is exactly what is happening with Trevor Stayton, Adair County Elementary fifth grade student. Trevor's dream career is in the area of welding. Last week, Superintendent Alan Reed was made known of Trevor's desire. Today, Supt. Reed made this young man and future distinguished welder's career path really open up. Trevor was transported by Mr. David Jones, transportation director, along with Supt. Reed and Mrs. Courtney Grant, his teacher, to see this magnificent welding program right here in Adair County!
