Adair Fiscal Court, 08 Mar 2016 Meeting: Road paving Smoother driving in store for almost 7 miles in Adair County: Bryce Bailey presents rural secondary road section to be resurfaced, reaffirms Gov. Bevin's recent announcement that counties will get flex, discretionary funds this year, after all. By Ed Waggener Four KY Rural Secondary Roads will be at least partially repaved during 2016. They are Knifley Road, Pelham Branch Road, Eunice-Pellyton Road, and Sano Road, totaling 6.923 miles, at a total cost of $631, 366. The program was presented to the Adair Fiscal Court last night, Tue 8 Mar 2016 by Bryce Bailey, from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 8, Somerset KY, and was unanimously approved by the court.
