Thelma Louann Webb Walker, Summer Shade, KY (1956-2016)

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was a native of Morehead, KY, and a resident of Summer Shade, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Mack and Edna Wilson Webb. Her husband, Raymond Walker, survives. She leaves six direct living descendants to carry on her legacy.

Thelma Louann Webb Walker, age 59, of Summer Shade, died at her residence, March 6, 2016.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at 2pmCT, at the White Cemetery Chapel with Brother Timmy Glass officiating. Burial will follow in the White Cemetery. Visitation will begin Monday, March 7, 2016, from 2pm-8pmCT, at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, and continue on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, after 7amCT until 12:30pmCT and after 1pmCT, at the Whites Chapel.

Born June 30, 1956 in Morehead, Rowan County, KY, she was a daughter of the late Mack and Edna Wilson Webb. She died Sunday, March 6, 2016, in Summer Shade, KY, at the age of 59 years, eight months, and six days.

Her husband, Raymond Walker, survives.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include:
  • Two daughters, Judy (Bennie) Kirk and Mincie Meadows, both of Tompkinsville, KY

  • One son, Kenneth M Rich, Summer Shade, KY

  • One sister, Kathy Lunsford, Georgetown, KY

  • Two brothers, Gary Webb, Summer Shade, KY; and Tommy Webb, Tompkinsville, KY

  • Three grandchildren, Justin Meadows, Makayla Kirk and Amber Kirk.
She was preceded in death, besides her parents, by one son, Billy Rich.

Memorials may be made to the funeral fund.
