She was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of Russell County, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of Norma Dean Coffey Popplewell and the late McDowell "Mack" Popplewell. Her husband, Timmy McQueary, survives. She leaves four direct living descendants.

Teresa Jo McQueary, 50, of Russell Springs, died Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Russell County Hospital, ER. She was born July 27, 1965 in Columbia, Ky to Norma Dean Coffey Popplewell and the late McDowell "Mack" Popplewell.

Funeral service for Teresa Jo McQueary will be 1pmCT, Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Casey Davis and Bro. Troy Grider officiating. Visitation will be after 9:30amCT, Sunday, March 6, 2016. Interment in the Pine Grove Cemetery at Sunshine. Special music will be rendered by Roger & Vickie Higginbotham.

Teresa Jo McQueary, 50, was born July 27, 1965 in Columbia, Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of Norma Dean Coffey Popplewell and the late McDowell "Mack" Popplewell. She died Friday, March 4, 2016 in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at theage of 50years, seven months and six days.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sheila Popplewell.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her husband, Timmy McQueary, Russell Springs, KY

  • Four children, Kelly Bryant, Lexington, KY; and Brian McQueary, Kylie Brown, and Rosa Taylor, all of Russell Springs, KY

  • Mother: Deanie Popplewell, Russell Springs, KY
