Hungry House Ministries worship area ready to use

Earlier story: An Adair church hard hit by latest snowstorm needs help

By Tim Johnson

The Band of Brothers at Columbia Christian Church reports that 50 plus people helped remove the damaged roof and dry-in the church for Hungry House Ministries on Saturday, February 27, 2016.

Thanks to their help, the Band of Brothers of Columbia Christian Church were able to clean up the mess in two Saturdays and prepare a section of the building for worship immediately. This help save a lot of money for this church, which they would have needed to spend just to get ready to rebuild.

The Adair County Ministerial Association and others who contributed financially at UCB - approximately $900 - in the Hungry House Ministries name to help with the costs of hauling debris and other items.

It is a beautiful thing when a community works together to help one another.
To God Be The Glory. - Tim Johnson, Discipleship Minister, Columbia Christian Church.
