Letter: Comment on Randy Young's notions

Chris Oliver writes:
I'd like to thank Mr. Young for taking the time to provide his statistics. While I disagree with the notion that our young people will not be carded after this legislation passes on March 22nd, I do agree with him on something more important. That being, legislating a product that is legal to purchase, possess, and consume in such a widespread manner will not completely control it's consumption among those without these legal rights.

Fortunately, most of the nation figured this out the hard way in 1933. - Chris Oliver
