Fannie Sapp, age 91, formerly of Taylor County, KY, died Sunday, February 21, 2016 in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12pmCT/1pmET, Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with burial to follow at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY. The family requests visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.



She is survived by the following.
  • Her daughters: Paulette Thompson and her husband, Floyd; and Melva Sapp of Gallatin, TN

  • A son: Tim Sapp of Hermitage, TN

  • Six grandchildren

  • Ten great-grandchildren

  • A sister: Margaret Phillips, Campbellsville, KY

  • And brothers: Clay Rogers and Hollis Rogers, Campbellsville, KY
