Adair Clerk Greer: Voter registration closed after 23 Feb 2016 Public Notice SPECIAL ELECTION; (WET-DRY) Pursuant to KRS 116.045 all registration is to be closed on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. CST for the March 22, 2016, Special Election (Wet-Dry) Vote. During the period that the books are closed, any voter who registers, except for any registered voter who transfers his or her registration pursuant to KRS 116.085(1) or (3) shall not be permitted to vote in the upcoming election.
