Bernadine Samuel Andrew, 87, Jamestown, KY; Adair native (1928-2016) Mrs. Andrew was a member of the Glensfork Christian Church and a homemaker. She was a retired cook in the Adair County School System. She was a member of a large, respected South Adair County Family, the daughter of the late Zack Louis and Martha Elsie Loy Samuell. She leaves 17 direct living descendants. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 11amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Carroll Egnew & Bro. Bill Wethington the officiating clergy. Burial will be in the Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. The family requests visiting after 2:30pmCT, Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Garrett Antle, GaVon Antle, Gene Antle, Steven Byington, Tony Pogioli, and Matthew Snipes. Honorary pallbearers: Jim Cox, Michael Samuell, and Roger Samuell Bernadine Samuel Andrew, 87, Jamestown, KY (1928-2016) She was born Sunday, June 17, 1928 in Glensfork, Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Zack Louis and Martha Elsie Loy Samuell. She died Saturday, February 13, 2016, at her home in Jamestown, KY, at the age of 87 years, six months, and 27 days. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Andrew, on March 11, 2008, preceded in death by her two brothers: Sanford Samuell and Donald Samuell and by one grandson Adam Andrew She is survived by the following:
