KYTC District 3 snow crews reporting to local facilities today

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 3, Bowling Green, KY

BOWLING GREEN, KY - Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 Crews will be reporting to their local facilities sometime this morning, Sunday, February 14, 2016 in preparation for a winter storming moving across the district. The western counties will report in the earliest as it those counties expected to get hit first.

This storm is expected to bring 2 to 4 inches of snow according to the latest National Weather Service forecast. The heaviest snow is expected to begin midmorning and continue to snow through the evening. Crews will be out salting and if necessary plowing. It is very likely hazardous road conditions could be present in this morning and get worse as the day goes forward.
