Hospital calls special meeting Mon 8 Feb 2016 PUBLIC NOTICE The Adair County Hospital District and the Adair County Public Hospital District Corporation Board of Directors will convene a concurrent Special Called meeting of the District and Corporation on Monday, February 8, 2016, at 6:30pmCT in the Board Room at Westlake Regional Hospital at 921 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY, 42728. The purpose of the Special Called meeting is appoint signatories and provide them with authorization to sign all documents associated with the TJ Samson Asset Purchase Agreement. The Board will also discuss remaining issues with the Chapter 9 Plan of Adjustment.
