Students hear Brock's Mark Twain performance

2016-02-07 - Lindsey Wilson College, V.P. Henry Auditorium, 210 Lindsey Wilson Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener.
Upward Bound Program students in the audience had questions about Mark Twain - American Icon, performed by Robert Brock Saturday February 6, at Lindsey Wilson College. Brock told them he practiced about two and a half hours every day for seven months in order to be ready to become Mark Twain on stage. The free Chautauqua event was attended by about a hundred people, mostly students, from Adair, Casey and Metcalfe Counties. I was happy to be amongst the adults with friends from LWC Jackie Montgomery, Phil Hannah and friends from CU Dr. and Mrs. Wesley Roberts. - LW.
