Snow silently stacked, hung on shepherd's crook. A CM Short Birdseed went out first thing this morning. An inch of snow quickly covered it over before any birds braved the weather. As the day progressed, birds could be seen sneaking in after the cats ate their food under the carport. The crumbs left by the cats made for perfect bird bits so all got fed. As the bird feeder sat untouched all day, the wind carved the steadily falling snow into a perfect block of ice. - Linda This story was posted on 2016-01-22 19:56:49
