He was the son of the late Edward & Millie Sparks Jessee. His wife of over 62 years, Bobbie Janes Jessee, survives. He leaves 13 direct living descendants. retired from I. E. Dupont in Louisville, KY. He was a member of Virginia Ave United Methodist Church in Louisville, KY and was an Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by siblings Eulis Jessee, Kizzie Gilpin, Ruth Collins and a grandson, Donald G. McQueen. Charles retired from I. E. Dupont in Louisville, KY. He was a member of Virginia Ave United Methodist Church in Louisville, KY and an Army Veteran. He was the loving husband to Bobbie Janes Jessee, who survives, for over 62 years.
