Jimmy D. Reeder, 52, Jamestown KY, died Thursday, January 14, 2016, at the Jean Waddle Care Center, Somerset, KY.

Funeral services for Jimmy D. Reeder will be at 1pmCT, Saturday, January 16, 2016, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Bill Welker officiating. Burial will be in the Reeder Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will begin at 10amCT, Saturday, at the funeral home.

Jimmy D. Reeder was born November 28, 1963, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Joe F. Reeder and the late Alva Lofton Andrew Reeder. He died Thursday, January 14, 2016, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 52 years, one month, and 17 days.

He was grounds keeper at Lakewood Country Club.

He is survived by his wife, Karen England Reeder, Jamestown, KY, and the following:
  • A daughter: Whitney (Adam) Johnson, Russell Springs, KY

  • A son: Eric (Kasey) Reeder, Russell Springs, KY

  • One brother: Daryl Reeder, Russell Springs, KY
  • Four sisters: Cathy Johnson, Jamestown, KY; Sondra (Cody) Reeder, Russell Springs, KY; Peggy Tarter, Columbia, KY; and Melissa Reeder, Somerset, KY

  • One granddaughter: Kayla Brook Reeder, Russell Springs, KY
