Mr. Charles Samuel Brady 47, of Campbellsville, KY, departed this life on Thursday, January 7, 2016.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Brady on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 10amCT/11amET, in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Interment will follow in the Old Liberty Cemetery in Marion County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, January 11, after 9amCT/10amET, until time for the service.


Mr. Charles Samuel Brady, Taylor Co., KY (1968-2016)

Mr. Charles Samuel Brady of Campbellsville was born May 21, 1968. He was the son of the late Charles Edward, Jr. and Nannie Kathrayn (Smothers) Brady. He departed this life on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the age of 47 years, 7 months, and 17 days.

He was a construction worker and farmer.

Mr. Brady leaves to mourn his passing:
  • His wife: Vicki (Webb) Brady

  • One son and daughter: Matthew Samuel Brady and Kelly Atwood and husband Robert

  • Five grandchildren: Colter Brady, Alanna Atwood, Brianna Atwood, Robert Atwood, and Layla Atwood

  • One brother: Lowell Vinson of Lebanon, KY

  • A special niece: Arieana Jade Packard

  • And a host of other family and friends. He was also preceded in death by a brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials take the form of donations to the funeral expenses, and can be made here or in person at the funeral home.
