Mildred Price, age 95, passed away on Thursday, January 07, 2016, at the Liberty Care Center, Liberty, KY.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10amCT/11amET, Friday, January 8, 2016, at the Casey County Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation.

Born May 21, 1920, in Hope, Hempstead County, Arkansas.She was a daughter of the late Addie and Clody Tarter Thompson. She died Thursday, January 7, 2016, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 95 years, seven months, and 17 days.

Mrs. Price was the widow of Earl Price, Sr., who passed away on March 8, 2004. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include:
  • Her son: Larry Price of Liberty, KY

  • Daughter: Valla Jean Price of Liberty, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • Seven great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Junior Price; her daughter, Jewell Lane; and one sister.
