The Public Service Commission has requested letters from a list of finalists to fill the vacant seat on the Columbia-Adair County Utilities District, but the notice does not indicate when the Public Service Commission might make the appointment..

They are: James Harper, William Harris, Larry Bryant, Joseph Pyles, Lee Stehens, and Bradley Hayes.

The letter requesting additional information was dated December 23, 2015. The finalists have been instructed that the deadline for responding is Monday, January 4, 2015.

The letter warned that failure to respond in a timely manner would be considered that the candidate is no longer interested in the appointment.
