Robbie Phelps, 34, Georgetown, KY (1981-2015) Robbie was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he received his Bachelors and Masters degrees and had attained his Rank I in education. He was a high school teacher having taught in both Mercer and Fayette Counties, and was a member of Salvisa Baptist Church, in Mercer County. He was the son of Mike & Rinnie Jo Fields Phelps, Richmond, KY, and the grandson of Evelyn Phelps and the late Harold Phelps of Adair County, KY. Pallbearers will be Mike Phelps, Michael Phelps, Dr. Mike Geile, Jake Fields, James Frisby and Ray Woodyard. Robbie Phelps, 34, Georgetown, KY (1981-2015) He was born October 20, 1981 in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, to Mike and Rinnie Jo Fields Phelps. He died Saturday, December 26, 2015, in Georgetown, KY, at the age of 34 years, two months, and six days. Robbie was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he received his Bachelors and Masters degrees and had attained his Rank I in education.
