2 vehicle collision on Russell Creek Hill results in injuries to 4 Christmas Day accident occurs 8 miles East of Columbia in Adair County. One extricated from Ford Escape. By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY (27 Dec 2015) - Tpr. Levi Scott is investigating a collision that occurred Friday, December 25, 2015 at 3:43 PM CST, 8 miles east of Columbia on KY 80 at Russell Creek Hill. 51-year-old Shelton Grider, of Russell Springs, was operating a westbound 1995 Ford pickup when he crossed the centerline and struck an eastbound 2012 Ford Escape operated by 33-year-old Jacklyn Judd, of Greensburg. Grider and a passenger, 15-year-old female were treated at Westlake Regional Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Judd was extricated from the Ford Escape and treated at Westlake for non-life threatening injuries. A 15-year-old male passenger was transported to Russell County ER with non-life threatening injuries. Both drivers were belted. Tpr.
