Roger B. Bernard, 49, Fox Point Road, Jamestown, KY died at 8:33amCT, Thursday, December 24, 2015, at his home.

Funeral services will be at 2pmCT, Sunday, December 27, 2015, with Pastor Nick Armstrong the officiating clergy, at H.E. Pruitt Funeral Home, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be at 10amCT, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Russell Springs City Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY.

Roger B. Bernard, 49, Jamestown, KY (1966-2015)

He was born October 14, 1966, in Albany, Clinton County, KY. He was the son of the late Roy Bernard and the late Lona Bell (Kinnett) Bernard. He died Thursday, December 24, 2015, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 49 years, two months, and ten days.

He was a carpenter.

He is survived by the following:
  • His wife: Debra (Hunter) Bernard, Jamestown, KY

  • Five brothers: Raymond Bernard, Phillip Bernard, and Ricky Bernard, all of Jamestown, KY; and Larry Bernard, Knoxville, TN; and Lynn Bernard, Lexington

  • Four sisters: Doris Birdwell, Sue Bell, and Betty Boston, all of Jamestown, KY; and Janice Kerr, Russell Springs, KY

  • And a host of nieces and nephews
