Sue Ann Clark Shive, Summer Shade, KY (1939-2015) She was a highly regarded member of an outstanding Metcalfe County family. She worked at the Bank of Summer Shade and Edmonton State Bank. She was a member of the Missionary Mound Baptist Church. She was a native of Summer Shade, KY, and a resident of the community at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Odell & Dorothy Pedigo Clark. Her husband of almost 59 years, Phillip Shive, survives. She leaves seven direct living descendants. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at 2pmCT, at the Missionary Mound Baptist Church, KY 163/Tompkinsville Road, Edmonton, KY, near Goodluck, KY, with Brother Dale Copas officiating. Burial will follow in the Missionary Mound Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at 2pmCT at McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, and on Wednesday after 7amCT at the funeral home and after 10amCT until time of services at the Missionary Mound Church. Sue Ann Clark Shive, Summer Shade, KY (1939-2015) Born June 18, 1939 in Summer Shade, Metcalfe County, KY, she was a daughter of the late Odell and Dorothy Pedigo Clark. She died Monday, December 21, 2015, in Summer Shade, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 76 years, six months, and three days. She was the wife of Phillip Shive, who survives. They were married December 26, 1956. She worked at the Bank of Summer Shade and Edmonton State Bank. She was a member of the Missionary Mound Baptist Church.
