He was the son of the late Demmon and Annie Edwards Parnell and the widower of Joyce Edwards Parnell. Timmy Glass, and Sister Rita Houk officiating. Burial in the Parnell Family Cemetery, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 4pmCT, Sunday, December 20, 2015. Donnie Joe Parnell, 66, Adair Co., KY (1949-2015) He was born December 9, 1949. He was the son of the late Demmon and Annie Edwards Parnell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Edwards Parnell; a son; Jackie Parnell, and a step-son; Steve Chapman.
