Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 15 Dec 2015

Indictments brought against 17 individuals, including residents of Taylor, Adair, Green, Casey and Bullitt counties, and Crossville, TN. Charges include burglary, forgery, trafficking, fraud and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 15 December 2015:

  • Robert D. Wooldridge (11/14/1986), Bridgeport Circle, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00196. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree (<2gms methamphetamine). Count 2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at 10,000/10%.

  • Timothy Curry (11/15/1979), South Central Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00197. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $10,000 cash.

  • Mirandy M. Crum (06/06/1991), Ingram Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00198. Charged with 12 counts. Counts 1-10 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 11 - TBUT or disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 12 - Fraudulent use of credit card $500<$10,000. Bond set at $1,500 USB, no contact with victims.

  • Anthony Shreve (07/03/1984), Upper Stoner Creek, Cambpellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00199. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Bond set at $1,500 USB, MCR@PTS, weekly report and drug test.

  • Ryan L. Miller (10/03/1986), Quartermouse Rd., Shepherdsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00200. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition auto $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no violations of the law.

  • John Rucker (01/27/1977), Wickliffe Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00201. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Bond set at $10,000 cash.

  • Nathanael Chaney (09/21/1991), Lowell Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00202-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no contact with co-defendant.

  • Rachael Gilbert (02/05/1991), Anna Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00202-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no contact with co-defendant.

  • Tanya G. Gill (09/17/1988), Anna Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00202-003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $2,000 unsecured, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Candace M. Allen (05/07/1982), Meadowbrook Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00203-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Recieving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $25,000 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Bobby R. Martin (10/21/1979), KY 49, Liberty, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00203-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Charge 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $25,000 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Patrick L. Greer (10/16/1984), Yarberry Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00204-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond set at $1,000 full cash. No violations of the law.

  • Andrew B. Caldwell (07/13/1987), Misty Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00204-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Fraudulent firearm transaction. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law.

  • Zachary A. Young (02/14/1989), Hodgenville Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00205. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Bond set at $10,000/10%, no contact with victim/residence.

  • Joshua Ulbert (10/01/1983), Upton Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00206. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (less than 2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Samuel E. Buckman (03/03/1973), McNary St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15-CR-00207-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property over $10,000. Bond set at $20,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Rebecca J. Wyatt (09/03/1971), Crossville, TN Indictment No. 15-CR-00207-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property over $10,000. Bond set at $20,000/10%, no contact with victim.
